We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. 事業開発における新規事業立ち上げポジションとして、HRM領域での新たな市場機会の探索、顧客インタビューや市場調査、プロダクトコンセプトの具体化、価値検証、拡販戦略の策定などを担当します。プロダクトの継続的な改善と事業拡大を推進し、各機能の立ち上げやスケールアップに貢献する役割が求められます。Duties
HRM（Human Resource Management）領域における新規事業の立ち上げを担当し、市場機会の探索から事業成長までを一貫して推進します。具体的には、顧客インタビューや競合・市場調査を通じて新たな事業領域を特定し、プロダクトのコンセプト立案、初期PMF（Product-Market Fit）領域の選定を行います。プロダクトの価値検証と継続的な改善、顧客フィードバックの収集、ユーザー分析に基づく機能改良、拡販に向けたディストリビューション戦略の策定を担います。また、マーケティング、セールス、カスタマーサクセスなど各機能の立ち上げ、事業拡大に向けた体制整備、追加機能の企画、新規市場開拓、アライアンス戦略の立案と実行など、新規事業の成長に必要な幅広い役割を果たします。
