    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    Ai Workforce導入プロジェクトにおいて、大規模言語モデル（LLM）を活用したワークフロー構築と最適化に取り組みます。具体的には、LLMのアルゴリズムチューニング、エージェント機能の開発・改善、精度評価を行います。また、BizDevメンバーと協力し、顧客に最適なAIユースケースを技術的観点から提案・支援します。プロダクトの進化に向けて、AIと業務プロセスを融合させ、エンタープライズ企業のデジタル変革を技術面でサポートする役割を担います。データ分析、Python開発、機械学習技術を駆使し、最新のAI技術を実践的に適用することで、革新的なAIソリューションを創出していきます。
