LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.Duties
AI・LLM事業部のPMOとして、プロジェクトの全体管理と進捗把握を行います。具体的には、複数のエンタープライズ企業向けプロジェクトにおける案件内容の可視化、スケジュール管理、開発リソースの統合的な管理を担当します。開発メンバーとの密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、事業部全体の動きを把握し、優先事項の管理を行います。また、デザイナー、エンジニア、事業開発など、様々なステークホルダーとの調整を行い、プロダクトの仕様や優先度についてチームの意思決定に積極的に参画します。プロジェクトの進捗状況を常に監視し、必要に応じて軌道修正を行い、効率的な事業推進を支援します。
