    TimeTree is a social application service that is used by over 50 million users worldwide, allowing people to share their schedules and choose better days in the world by developing and operating the data infrastructure. As a data engineer, you will be responsible for the development and operation of data pipelines, data platform design and development, wide-ranging business in the cloud environment, and the promotion of data infrastructure development in collaboration with data analysts.

    Duties

    TimeTreeのバックエンドAPIシステムにおいて、Ruby on Railsを用いたサービス開発、運用を主な業務とします。6,000万人以上のユーザーを支える大規模サービスのAPI設計、開発、テスト、リリースを担当し、システムの安定性と拡張性を確保します。社内管理ツールの開発や保守、既存機能の改善、最適化も重要な業務範囲です。技術的には、グローバルに展開する大規模サービスならではの課題に取り組み、アーキテクチャ設計、ストレージ選定、データベーススキーマの最適化などを行います。また、チームメンバーと密接に連携しながら、エンジニア視点からの技術的提案や、問い合わせ対応、不具合調査と修正を実施します。生産性向上のための自動化や効率化にも積極的に取り組み、最新の技術トレンドのキャッチアップと導入も継続的に行います。
