プロダクト【Phoenix】の事業拡大に伴い、品質保証チームの立ち上げと開発組織の構築を担当します。WEBアプリケーションから組み込みソフトウェアまで、幅広いソフトウェア領域において、システム全体の品質保証をリードします。具体的には、テスト戦略の立案、テスト計画の策定、テストケースの作成、不具合分析と開発プロセスの改善、テスト結果の報告、QA観点からのプロダクトリリース判断を行います。さらに、効率的な品質保証を実現するための組織づくり、仕組みづくり、テストツールの導入なども重要な業務として含まれます。チームのテスト業務を統括し、エンジニアの品質意識向上にも注力します。
