    Job Summary

    新規事業開発室のエンジニアとして、hacomonoの新しい顧客価値を創出するプロダクト開発に従事します。ドメインの深い理解に基づき、顧客課題に向き合ったPoCやプロダクト開発を行い、仕様設計、実装、テスト、リリースなど、プロダクト開発における一連の業務を担当します。

    Duties

    hacomonoの新規事業開発室において、顧客価値を追求する新規プロダクト開発を担当します。具体的には、新規サービスにおけるPoC（概念実証）開発とグロース施策の立案、徹底的な顧客ドメイン理解に基づくプロダクト開発を行います。プロダクトの仕様設計、バックエンドAPI設計、データベース設計、実装、テストコード追加、検証、リリースなど、プロダクト開発における一連の業務を遂行します。また、顧客フィードバックを活用した継続的な機能改善、使いやすさの追求、システムの技術的な最適化も重要な業務内容となります。
