    hacomonoにおけるVP of Engineeringは、エンジニアチームの組織パフォーマンスを最適化する重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、採用強化に向けたブランディングと発信、エンジニア組織の生産性向上、採用プロセスのPDCAサイクル、個々のエンジニアのキャリア支援、チーム開発とコミュニケーションの改善です。具体的には、10名以上の開発チームのマネジメント、エンジニア育成計画の策定、組織内のコミュニケーション設計、プロダクト開発における自主性とホスピタリティを重視したチーム文化の醸成などが含まれます。Ruby、Go、TypeScriptを中心とした技術スタックの管理と、AWS、GCPなどのクラウドインフラを活用したサービス開発・運用も重要な責務となります。
