    Job Summary

    hacomonoのプロダクトマネジメント業務全般を担当します。顧客課題の発見と深堀、新機能の企画・要件定義・仕様策定、社内各部署との連携、プロダクトフィードバックサイクルの構築、チーム開発のリードなどを行います。フィンテックやスクール業態など、多岐にわたる領域で、プロダクトの企画・開発を推進します。

    Duties

    hacomonoのプロダクトマネジメント業務全般を担当し、顧客課題の発見と深堀を行います。新機能の企画、要件定義、詳細仕様策定を行い、社内各部署と密接に連携しながらプロダクトフィードバックサイクルを構築します。フィンテックやスクール業態、予約・請求関連など多岐にわたる領域において、開発チームをリードし、バックログ管理を実施します。プロダクトの改善に向けて、論理的思考に基づき課題を発見し、仮説立案と施策の実行、ステークホルダーとの協働を通じて、ユーザー体験の向上に貢献します。
