テクニカルソリューションエンジニア

Appierのテクニカルソリューションエンジニアとして、顧客のビジネスケースとデータを深く分析し、AI搭載の広告ソリューションを最適化する業務を担当します。具体的には、顧客のオンボーディングプロセスをガイドし、ソリューション導入を成功させます。製品の技術仕様書の作成、ユーザートレーニング文書の開発、技術的な問題のトラブルシューティング、開発チームとの密接なコミュニケーションを通じて課題を解決します。さらに、内部ツールやスクリプトの開発によって業務を効率化し、データの可視化と分析を行い、顧客や同僚に洞察を提供します。クライアントの現状を理解し、プロジェクトタイムラインに基づいて積極的にフォローアップを行います。

・Solid research and summarization skills ・Explanation skill in an easily understandable manner with logicalness ・Good knowledge of SQL, Javascript and iOS or Android application development ・Strong oral and written communication skills in both English (=Professional level) and Japanese (=Native level) ・Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions ・Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies ・Self-motivated and independent learner ・Relevant BSC degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant position

・BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field ・Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry ・Experience with data mining projects, has strong sense of using data to help executives make business decisions ・Potential ability to conduct data analysis and high level of consultation
