The company conducts research and development in the fields of image recognition, sound separation, video generation, and advertisement creation using machine learning and deep learning. In addition, we are developing a wide range of new services that utilize AI technology, from planning to development. We are also actively seeking individuals who can contribute to the development of a new technical survey, machine learning, design, and research, and who can use the programming language Python and utilize development environments such as AWS and in-house GPU clusters to maintain precision and learning capabilities.Duties
CTOとして、会社全体の技術戦略を策定し、開発体制の構築と課題解決に取り組みます。各事業部のエンジニアリングマネジメントを適切に支援しながら、全社的な技術的意思決定を行います。具体的には、経営会議への参加、技術戦略の立案と実行、開発/運用へのアドバイス、エンジニア組織の環境改善と成長支援を行います。また、各事業部のリソース調整や方向性の最適化を通じて、より大きな成果を生み出すことを目指します。技術的な観点から経営に関与し、会社全体のエンジニアリング課題を把握・解決することで、組織の技術力向上と事業成長に貢献します。
