バックエンドエンジニアとして、Webアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用を行います。単なる開発だけでなく、サービスの機能企画や仕様設計にも携わり、プロダクト全体の価値向上を追求します。Python、Go、AWSなどの技術スタックを用いて、サービス改善や継続的なリファクタリングを実施します。Duties
Webアプリケーション開発を中心に、サービス改善に幅広く携わります。バックエンド設計・開発・運用業務では、Python、GoなどのプログラミングAWS環境でのインフラ構築、データベース管理を行います。単なるコーディング作業だけでなく、プロダクト本部やデザイン組織と連携し、サービスの機能企画、仕様設計、継続的なリファクタリング、バグ修正など、プロダクト全体の価値向上に取り組みます。ユーザーや社内からのフィードバックを活かし、サービスの改善提案や開発生産性を高めるためのデザインシステム、コンポーネント構築も重要な業務の一環として位置づけられています。
