    プロダクト企画職として、製造業クライアントへのヒアリングと要件定義、プロダクト開発プロジェクトのディレクション・マネジメントを担当します。顧客課題の抽出、ビジネス要件の整理、開発チームとの協議、現場実証テスト、市場調査、ビジネスモデルの確立などを通じて、新規プロダクトの企画と事業成長に貢献します。

    Adacotech is a national research and development institute (production research) that develops image analysis technology, which is different from Deep Learning, and creates the next era of manufacturing as a Deep Tech startup. We are implementing the B round financing (total financing amount: 2 billion yen) in March 2022 and aiming to expand our business.

    Duties

    製造業クライアントへのプロダクト開発プロジェクトを推進する重要な役割を担います。具体的には、ターゲット顧客の課題を抽出し、ビジネス要件を整理するとともに、プロダクト開発チームと協議しながら機能要件を定義します。ローンチカスタマー候補での現場実証テストを実施し、顧客からのフィードバックを収集・分析して開発サイクルを回します。また、ビジネスモデル確立に向けたプライシング設計、テストマーケティング、ビジネス成立性の見極めも行います。さらに、ターゲットセグメント拡大のための市場調査と分析を実施し、新規プロダクトのビジネスプラン策定や市場投入戦略の立案にも主体的に関わります。
