AI Messenger Voicebotの開発に携わり、AIシナリオ設計の管理コンソール開発、電話履歴・会話内容の管理、プロダクトのパフォーマンス向上、高負荷インフラ設計などを行います。Go、Pythonなどを用いて、クラウドプラットフォーム上でサービスの機能強化と拡張に取り組みます。Duties
AI Messenger Voicebotの開発において、AIシナリオ設計を行う管理コンソールの新機能開発に従事します。電話履歴や会話内容を確認するための管理コンソールを構築し、プロダクトのパフォーマンスを向上させる機能開発を行います。Go言語やPythonを使用し、Echoフレームワークでのバックエンド開発を中心に、Google BigQuery、MySQL、Cloud Firestoreなどのデータベースを活用したシステム設計を行います。また、高負荷を処理するためのインフラ設計と実装、Terraformを用いたIaC（Infrastructure as Code）の強化にも取り組みます。導入クライアントからの要望をベースに、新機能の企画・開発を通じて、ボイスボットサービスの価値向上に貢献する重要な役割を担います。
