    Job Summary

    データエンジニアリングマネージャーは、データメッシュの原則に基づくデータ基盤のシステムアーキテクチャ設計・開発を行います。Databricks、Airflow、AWS Glueを利用したデータパイプライン開発や、Apache SparkによるETL処理の開発、各サービス開発チームのデータエンジニアリング支援が主な業務となります。

    薬局のDX化を支援するため、データ事業の展開と社内データ利活用を推進します。データメッシュの原則に基づくデータ基盤のシステムアーキテクチャ設計・開発を行い、DMBOKに準拠したデータマネジメント・ガバナンスを実施します。Databricks、Airflow、AWS Glueを活用したデータパイプラインの開発・運用、Apache Sparkを利用したETL処理の開発を行います。各サービス開発チームのデータエンジニアリングを支援し、チームマネジメント、プロダクトロードマップ管理も担当します。全社横断的なデータマネジメントを推進し、希少価値の高い医療データ基盤の構築を通じて、薬局と社内のDX化に貢献します。
