    Job Summary

    経営管理部門として、企業の財務戦略と経営効率の最適化を目指す重要な役割を担います。具体的には、年度予算の策定と実績管理を全体統括し、経営課題の詳細な分析とシミュレーションを行います。子会社や関係会社の経営指導、PMI（Post Merger Integration）プロセスの管理、経営管理プロセスの継続的な改善も重要な業務となります。財務会計の専門知識を活かし、経営層と協働しながら企業の成長戦略立案に貢献し、組織全体の経営最適化を推進します。経営情報の収集と分析、各部門の経営課題抽出、経営戦略の立案サポートなど、経営の重要な意思決定プロセスに深く関与します。
