Job Summary
クライアントの多様なデータを定量的に解析し、BIツールを活用して経営改善やオペレーション効率化を推進します。具体的には、購買データ、Web行動データ、アプリ利用データなどを可視化し、マーケティング戦略立案や顧客体験改善を支援します。また、調達・在庫・販売・機器稼働データなどを分析し、データ駆動型の改善策を提案します。BIレポート作成、ダッシュボード構築、クライアントの課題ヒアリング、データ調査・集計・モデリングを通じて、デジタル化への実行計画を策定し、オペレーションKPIの定義と可視化スキームを設計します。将来的には機械学習や深層学習といった先端技術による更なる高度化も視野に入れた改善支援を実施します。Company Info
