素材開発を支援するSaaSプロダクト「miHub」のプラットフォームチームにおいて、プロダクトの信頼性向上と運用効率化を担います。具体的には、モニタリング環境の整備・運用、ログ収集と分析基盤の構築、デプロイプロセスの改善、SLOの策定と運用、セキュリティの維持と堅牢化を行います。また、CI/CDの設計と構築、効率的な開発環境の維持、トイル削減、クラウドインフラのコスト管理と最適化も重要な業務です。新機能追加に対応したインフラ設計と実装、クラウド技術に関する情報収集と展開も求められ、AWS、GCP、Terraformなどの最新技術を活用しながら、プロダクトの成長と技術革新に貢献します。Duties
・プロダクトの信頼性向上（モニタリング環境の整備・運用、ログ収集／分析基盤構築・運用、デプロイ、オペレーションの改善、SLOの策定・運用、セキュリティの維持・堅牢化など）
・プロダクトチームの開発・運用効率化（CI/CDの設計/構築、効率的な開発環境構築/維持、トイル削減、コスト管理・最適化など）
・プロダクト拡張におけるインフラ領域の設計・実装
・プロダクトチーム発展のため、クラウド領域の知見を展開
・SRE以外でのプラットフォームチーム内作業
