モノタロウのECシステム開発において、大小さまざまな規模のプロジェクトのマネジメントを担当します。具体的には、プロジェクトのスコープ、品質、コスト、デリバリーを総合的に管理し、プロジェクト目標を達成するためにステークホルダーとの綿密な調整を行います。プロジェクトメンバーへの全方位的なサポートとして、技術的なサポート、工程管理、タスク管理、要件調整、スコープ調整などを実施します。アジャイル開発手法を用いて、1〜2人月の小規模プロジェクトから100人月を超える大規模プロジェクトまで、柔軟かつ効率的なプロジェクト推進を目指します。開発チームの生産性向上と、円滑なプロジェクト遂行が主な役割となります。Company Info
