MonotaROにおいて、急速に拡大する組織の生産性向上を支えるITシステム/ツールの企画、導入、運用を担当します。10名規模のチームを統括し、社内業務システム全般の最適化を推進します。具体的には、オフィスネットワークの設計・構築、新オフィス立上げのシステム選定、セキュリティ施策の実行、業務改善の提案と要求定義を行います。組織の成長に合わせて、テクノロジーを活用した働きやすい環境づくりに取り組み、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、システム導入から運用指針、ルール策定までを包括的に管理します。Company Info
