Job Summary

MonotaROのコーポレートエンジニアリング部門において、組織の生産性向上を目指し、社内の各業務部門に最適なSaaSツールの企画、導入、運用プロセス全体をリードします。具体的には、商品採用、物流、システム開発、営業、マーケティング、コールセンターなど多岐にわたる業務領域の自動化と効率化を推進します。業務部門へのヒアリングや要件整理を通じて、セキュリティとガバナンスを考慮した新しいシステムやツールの選定を行い、根本的な改善課題の発掘から導入後の運用指針、ルール策定まで幅広く担当します。また、Google Workspace、Slack、Zoomなどの各種SaaSツールの管理およびサポート、トラブルシューティングも重要な業務として求められます。
