Job Summary

MonotaROの社内業務システムおよびツール全般の企画、導入、運用、管理を担当します。各部門へのヒアリングを通じて業務課題を発見し、ITシステムやツールを活用した改善提案と実装を行います。ActiveDirectory、Microsoft365、Google Workspace、Slackなどの多様なシステムの管理や、APIを用いた自動化ツールの開発も行います。PC（Windows/Mac）やデジタルデバイスの管理、クライアントセキュリティ対応、オフィス利用機器の企画・導入も重要な業務です。組織の急速な成長に合わせて、生産性向上に向けたITインフラの整備と最適化を推進し、会社全体の業務効率化に貢献します。
