Job Summary

MonotaROのシステム基盤において、MySQLデータベースの運用、改善、拡張を担当します。具体的には、オンプレミスおよびクラウド環境における大規模MySQL環境の設計、高可用性の実現、トラブルシューティングを行います。増大し続けるユーザー数と業務拡大に対応するため、データベースの移行（RDS/Auroraなどのマネージドサービスへ）、システム設計の最適化、運用の自動化を推進します。また、Oracle、SQL Serverなど他のデータベースシステムの運用も含め、継続的な改善を通じてMonotaROのデータ基盤の信頼性と効率性を向上させる重要な役割を担います。
