モノタロウの基幹システムにおいて、大量のトランザクションを高速処理し、成長するビジネスの拡大と変化に対応するためのシステム企画・設計業務を担当します。具体的には、内製システムの企画・開発・運用、利用部門との相談対応や業務改善検討、業務分析を行います。経営層や業務部門と連携しながら、コアシステム領域のIT基盤刷新、開発、導入を主導し、テックリードやプロジェクトマネジメントを実施します。さらに、パッケージ製品の導入検討や技術選定、エンタープライズアーキテクチャーの設計など、システム全体の最適化と効率化を推進する役割を担います。Company Info
