Job Summary

MonotaROの物流システムエンジニアとして、新規物流拠点の立ち上げや既存システムの改善に携わります。主な業務は、新拠点のシステム企画・選定、自動化設備を活用したオペレーションシステムの構築、倉庫管理システム(WMS)やコントロールシステム(WCS)の運用・保守です。データ分析を通じた業務改善、効率化ツールの開発、KPIの可視化、業務プロセスの最適化に取り組みます。社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、物流サービスの品質向上と生産性改善を目指し、ネット通販における物流インフラの革新に貢献する重要な役割を担います。
