Job Summary

物流システムエンジニアとして、MonotaROの物流サービスをIT面からサポートする重要な役割を担います。具体的には、WMS/WCSの運用・保守を行い、業務改善とサービスレベル向上のためのデータ分析とシステム導入を実施します。800台の自動搬送ロボット(AGV)を運用する猪名川ディストリビューションセンターにおいて、業務支援ツールの開発、KPIの可視化、BI構築などを行います。社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、物流の効率化と最適化に取り組み、ネット通販における物流サービスの成長に直接的に貢献する重要な業務を遂行します。
