MonotaROの物流システムエンジニアとして、物流サービスの効率化と改善に取り組みます。主な業務は、WMS/WCSの運用・保守、業務改善のためのデータ分析、システム導入、業務支援ツールの開発などです。具体的には、茨城の物流センターに導入された400台の自動搬送ロボット(AGV)の管理や、倉庫内の在庫管理、搬送プロセスの最適化を行います。KPIの可視化、BI構築を通じて、物流オペレーションの効率を継続的に改善し、ネット通販における物流サービスの品質向上に貢献します。また、社内外のステークホルダーと密接に連携し、物流システムの戦略的な改善と実装を推進します。Company Info
