MonotaRO社内の各業務領域におけるデータ活用と管理を推進するアナリティクスエンジニアとして、BigQueryやLooker Studioなどのツールを活用し、ECサイトの商品検索、レコメンド機能、マーケティング、サプライチェーン・マネジメントなどの各業務でデータ活用を行います。具体的には、業務横断的なデータモデルの構築、クエリやダッシュボードの整理、指標定義の統一化、データ共有基盤の開発と運用を担当します。社内の各部門と密接にコミュニケーションを取りながら、データを共通言語としたコラボレーションを促進し、業務効率化とデータ活用による事業貢献を目指します。
