Job Summary
MonotaRO社のQA組織立ち上げを担う重要な役割として、サービス全体の品質向上に取り組みます。主な業務は、QA組織の体制構築、サービス視点での品質管理、上流工程からの品質確保です。具体的には、共通テスト仕様書の作成、重要機能のE2Eテスト整備、開発チームを支援するツールやサービスの導入を行います。プロジェクトの企画・要件定義段階から参画し、品質観点での確認と提案を行い、アジャイル開発における効率的なテスト計画と設計を実践します。また、開発チームに対してテスト技法の説明、テスト自動化支援、不安定なテストの安定化など、技術的な課題解決にも積極的に取り組みます。Company Info
