Job Summary
ECサイトシステムおよび基幹・基盤システムの品質保証を担当し、テストプロセスの導入と定着、標準化に取り組みます。主な業務は、システム開発における各種テストの実施、テスト計画の策定、テスト設計、テスト結果の分析と改善提案を行います。また、要求・仕様の標準化を通じて要件定義フェーズの改善に貢献し、開発チームと協力して品質文化の浸透に努めます。具体的には、手動テストおよび自動テストの実施、テストケースの作成、欠陥管理、テスト結果のドキュメント化、チーム間のコミュニケーション強化、品質改善プロセスの提案と実装を行います。Company Info
