Job Summary
モノタロウのECサイトにおけるUI/UXデザインを担当し、ユーザー中心のデザイン開発を行います。主な業務は、monotaro.comのUIの継続的な改善、大企業向けビジネスサイト、新規事業、商品部門との協業プロジェクトなど、多岐にわたるデザイン業務を遂行します。具体的には、サービスの成長に伴う改善仮説の言語化、要件の具現化、デザイン設計を行い、課題解決のサイクルを回します。エンジニア、データサイエンティスト、マーケターなど、多様な専門性を持つメンバーと密接にコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロジェクト推進とチーム能力の向上に取り組みます。また、HTML5/CSS3を用いたコーディングや情報設計も行い、ユーザーの行動変容を促すデザイン改善を目指します。Login to see all information about offers.
