Job Summary

大規模言語モデル（LLM）のアラインメント業務を担当し、事前学習済みモデルに対して指示学習や強化学習などの事後学習を実施して、実用化に向けたモデル開発を行います。具体的には、基盤モデルの性能向上のための事後学習手法の研究開発、様々な用途に対応できる高品質なデータ生成手法の開発、コンテキスト拡張や語彙拡張などの機能追加手法の開発を担当します。また、小規模モデルでも高性能を実現するための効率的なデータ生成方法の研究や、LLMを活用したプロダクト開発チームとの連携、各ドメインに特化したLLM開発プロジェクトへの技術支援も行います。分散学習フレームワークを活用した大規模な学習環境での開発や、データ生成から学習、評価までの一連のパイプライン構築も重要な業務となります。

Preferred Networks is a company that conducts research and development of physical operations using robot arms and multiple sensors. We provide machine learning technology that has been developed using Franka Emika Panda arm and Franka Research 3, and we have experience in robot perception/control methods and provide knowledge and experience in this field.
