Job Summary

Wevoxのコアアプリケーション再構築プロジェクトにおいて、現行システムのアーキテクチャ改善に取り組みます。具体的には、サービスの複雑化を解消し、開発生産性を向上させるため、ミドルウェア層の設計と実装を行います。バックエンドではRuby on RailsからGolang、Node.jsへの移行を進め、フロントエンドではTypeScript、React、Next.jsを用いたモダンな技術スタックでのシステム再構築を目指します。グローバル展開を見据えたローカライズ対応や、ユーザーにとってシンプルでわかりやすいサービス設計に挑戦します。チーム間連携を重視し、技術的な課題解決と価値提供のスピードアップに貢献します。

Duties

Wevoxというサービスのアーキテクチャを見直し、複雑化していくサービスをシンプルにし、開発生産性の向上やユーザーへの価値提供、グローバル展開などの発展につなげていくこと。具体的には、アーキテクチャの見直し、技術選定、設計・実装、他チームと連携した機能実装、独自のデザインシステムの設計・実装など。
