「exaBase DXアセスメント&ラーニング」のエンジニアリングマネージャーとして、プロダクト開発および組織・育成戦略の策定と実行をリードします。具体的には、事業戦略に基づいたエンジニア組織の開発、採用・育成・評価戦略の実施、メンバーのエンゲージメント維持、キャリア開発支援を行います。技術面では、技術選定やアーキテクチャに関する意思決定サポート、Tech leadとの協業による技術戦略の策定、チーム全体への技術的ガイダンスを提供します。また、Kotlin、Java、React、Recoilなどの技術スタックを活用し、1週間スプリントによるスクラム開発を推進しながら、チームの自律的な改善を目指します。Company Info
