Job Summary
エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、AI × HRテックプロダクト「exaBase DX Assessment & Learning」の製品開発を主導し、組織と開発戦略の策定および実行を担当します。具体的には、エンジニア組織の開発戦略立案、採用、トレーニング、評価の実施、チームメンバーのモチベーション維持、キャリア開発支援を行います。技術的な側面では、技術選定とアーキテクチャに関する意思決定支援、テックリードと連携した技術戦略の立案、チーム全体への技術的ガイダンス提供、コードレビューや課題特定なども行います。多国籍チームでのアジャイル開発を推進し、Kotlinを使用したバックエンド開発、Reactでのフロントエンド開発、Docker、Terraform等のインフラ技術を活用しながら、製品の継続的な改善と革新を目指します。Company Info

This position is expected to lead product development and the formulation and execution of organizational and development strategies as the Engineering Manager for "exaBase DX Assessment & Learning."
People Management:
- Develop and execute strategies for engineering organization development, recruitment, training, and evaluation linked to business strategy
- Implement measures to maintain member engagement
- Support career development of members
- Establish a framework for accepting new graduates
Technical Domain:
- Support decision-making regarding technology selection and architecture
- Assist in formulating technical strategies in collaboration with the Tech Lead and provide technical guidance to the entire team (reviews, issue identification, etc.)
