Job Summary

RICOSのコンサルティングエンジニアとして、AIおよび機械学習技術を活用したCAEソリューションの顧客提案から導入支援までの幅広い業務を担当します。主な業務は、新規顧客に対する要求ヒアリングと詳細な提案書作成、カスタマイズされたプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーション、顧客の具体的な課題に応じたPoC（概念実証）の実施です。また、製品導入時の技術トレーニングや、既存顧客からの技術的な問い合わせ対応、継続的なサポート業務も重要な役割となります。Pythonプログラミングや機械学習プロダクトの知識を活かし、製造業における製品開発プロセスの最適化を支援し、顧客の技術的課題に対する革新的なソリューションを提供します。

Duties

1. 新規顧客の要求ヒアリングおよび提案書の作成 2. 顧客の要望に応じたプレゼン、デモ、PoC の実施 3. 案件クロージング前後の技術支援全般 (製品導入時のトレーニング等) 4. 既存顧客からの問合せ対応およびサポートの実施
