Job Summary

セーフィー株式会社のデータ分析基盤グループにおいて、事業の成長をデータから支える重要な役割を担います。具体的には、社内の多岐にわたるデータソースを横断的に分析し、ビジネス課題の解決に取り組みます。各プロダクトの成長指標の設計と評価、まだ顕在化していないリスクや課題の可視化、データ分析基盤の構築と運用、BIツールを用いたレポートやダッシュボードの開発を行います。部署横断で事業の成長に向けた課題解決を主体的に推進し、データドリブンな企業文化の醸成にも貢献します。毎日数億から数十億件発生する超ビッグデータを扱い、SQLによるデータ抽出と集計、TableauなどのBIツールを活用して、経営や事業の意思決定に直接的に貢献する分析業務を遂行します。

Duties

データ分析基盤の開発及び改善、データ分析基盤の安定稼働、データ分析及び利活用の推進、データドリブンな文化の醸成。具体的には、ビジネス課題に関わるデータ分析・利活用、データ分析基盤の構築、BIツールを用いたレポート/ダッシュボードの開発など。
