農業分野の新規事業において、サプライチェーン全体の構築と運用管理を担う重要な役割を果たします。具体的には、食品残渣から開発された新規農業資材の生産プロセス全般を管理し、原料調達から製品出荷までの一連の業務を統括します。主な業務には、原料調達先の探索と管理、生産計画の策定と実行管理、製造委託先企業との連携、製品出荷予定の確認と原価計算、倉庫・物流管理が含まれます。また、プラントや生産プロセスの設計、設備導入計画の立案、生産設備の選定と最適化、プロジェクト管理など、生産システム全体の効率化と革新的な農業資材の供給体制構築を目指します。
