人材開発グループのリーダーとして、全社の人材育成体系の策定とブラッシュアップを担当します。具体的には、全社研修の企画・運営、各ユニット独自の研修との連携、育成施策の立案と実行を行います。次世代ビジネス人材育成、哲学的思考力を高める研修、創発教室、1on1研修、キャリア研修、ダイバーシティ研修など、多様な研修プログラムの設計と実施を推進します。経営陣と密接に連携しながら、企業の人材戦略『BrainPad HR Synapse Initiative』の実現に向けて、『データ分析力』×『哲学的思考力』×『実践力』を兼ね備える経営人材の輩出を目指す重要な役割を担います。Duties
・全社の人材育成体系の策定・ブラッシュアップ、実現に向けたマイルストーン設計
・全社研修の企画・運営
・各ユニット独自で行う研修との連携・フォロー
・研修に限らない育成施策の立案・実行
