経営管理と管理会計の仕組み構築および運用を担当します。プロジェクト別の損益管理と分析、工数管理の精度向上、経営層への意思決定支援レポーティングを行います。主な業務には、KPI設計とモニタリング体制の整備、事業計画・予算管理、年度計画の立案と進捗モニタリング、予実分析と改善施策の推進が含まれます。さらに、プロジェクト損益管理システムの設計・運用、見積基準の策定、コスト管理、部門横断の会議体運営、事業会議の資料作成と議事進行サポートなど、組織の経営基盤を支える幅広い役割を担います。Company Info
