Job Summary

PKSHA Technologyのセールスエンジニアとして、AI SaaSプロダクトの営業活動および技術的サポートを担当します。主に企業向けにAIソリューションを提案し、顧客のビジネス課題に対して最適なAIテクノロジーの導入支援を行います。具体的には、潜在顧客へのアプローチ、製品のデモンストレーション、技術的な要件ヒアリング、カスタマイズ提案、導入後のフォローアップなどを通じて、AIテクノロジーの価値を顧客に伝え、ソリューション提供を行います。また、顧客との継続的な関係構築や、製品改善のためのフィードバック収集も重要な役割となります。
