Job Summary
AIデータ作成および受託開発プロジェクトにおけるマネジメント業務を担当します。AIデータ作成プロジェクトでは、画像識別AI・生成AI向けのデータ作成において、全体工程設計、進捗管理、リソース管理を行います。顧客の課題をヒアリングし、教師データの仕様設計、詳細要件書およびオペレーションマニュアルの作成、アノテーターへの手順説明、品質管理、納品対応を実施します。また、プロジェクト管理プロセスの課題分析および継続的な改善を行います。AI受託開発においては、MLエンジニアとともに顧客ヒアリングと仕様調整を行い、プロジェクト全体の進捗管理、顧客とのコミュニケーションサポート、アノテーション作業者の調整などを担当し、各業界の最先端AI開発プロジェクトに貢献します。Company Info

・プロジェクトマネジメント（工程設計、進捗管理、リソース管理）
・仕様設計（顧客課題のヒアリング、教師データ仕様設計）
・デリバリー（要件書作成、オペレーションマニュアル作成、品質管理）
・プロセス改善
・顧客とのコミュニケーション
・MLエンジニアの作業サポート
