    Job Summary

    AIインフラを創造する企業において、人事戦略の中核を担う重要な役割を果たします。採用業務全般から人事制度の運営補助、組織制度の企画まで幅広い人事機能を支援します。具体的には、採用プロセスの設計と実行、等級・評価・報酬制度の運営、組織構造の最適化、人材育成プログラムの開発、OJT設計、キャリアパス策定、人件費管理などを行います。さらに、IPO準備プロジェクトのメンバーとして、企業の成長戦略に直接貢献し、経営陣と密に連携しながら組織の拡大と人材開発に取り組みます。

    The company creates AI infrastructure, and provides FastLabel for data generation, teacher data creation, analysis, and management. The Field Sales Unit aims to maximize sales and provide comprehensive support from customer proposals to contract conclusion.
