    製造業のDX推進を目指すスタートアップで、最先端AI技術を活用した技術導入支援を行います。主な業務は、顧客との直接対話を通じて課題やニーズをヒアリングし、外観検査AIソフトウェアの最適な活用方法を提案することです。技術検証（PoC）の設計・実施、検証結果の分析、導入効果の検証を行い、顧客環境に合わせたプロダクト適用と技術支援を行います。また、運用トレーニングや本格導入後のフォローアップを通じて、顧客の継続利用を促進します。社内では、顧客からのフィードバックを開発チームに提供し、プロダクトの改善を推進するとともに、新たなユースケースの発掘に取り組みます。

    Adacotech is a national research and development institute (production research) that develops image analysis technology, which is different from Deep Learning, and creates the next era of manufacturing as a Deep Tech startup. We are implementing the B round financing (total financing amount: 2 billion yen) in March 2022 and aiming to expand our business.

    Duties

    1. 技術検証（PoC）・ソリューション提案 ・顧客の課題・ニーズをヒアリングし、最適なプロダクト活用方法を提案 ・技術検証（PoC）の設計・実施（※開発業務は含まず、プロダクトを用いた技術検証） ・検証結果の分析・導入効果の検証 2. プロダクト導入支援・オンボーディング ・顧客環境に合わせたプロダクト適用・技術支援 ・運用トレーニング・本格導入後のフォローアップ ・技術サポートを通じた顧客の継続利用促進 3. 社内連携・プロダクト改善への貢献 ・顧客のフィードバックを開発チームに提供し、プロダクトの改善を推進 ・技術的な知見を活かし、新たなユースケースの発掘 ・技術×営業の橋渡し役として、導入プロセスを最適化
