Job Summary

グループ横断の「CX改革プロジェクト」において、複数事業を統合する顧客データ基盤の構築と顧客体験価値の最大化を目指します。具体的には、ホテル事業・会員制事業・医療事業の各領域から顧客データを収集・統合し、AIや自動化ツールを活用したセグメント分析を行います。また、顧客行動データに基づくマーケティング施策の立案、コールセンターのデジタル化推進、予約および接客プロセスの最適化に取り組みます。さらに、各施策のKPI設計と効果測定を通じて、グループ全体のLTV向上と売上成長に直接的に貢献する戦略的なプロジェクトを推進します。
