Job Summary

IVRyのマルチプロダクト展開において、経営チームや部門責任者と協働し、全社的なデータ活用を促進する重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、事業戦略および経営戦略を支援するためのデータマートの設計・構築、複数プロダクト横断のデータ分析によるレポーティングと提案、SFA/CRM/MAツールのデータ設計、プロダクトのイベントログ設計を行います。また、マーケティング、セールス、CSチームと連携し、各プロダクトでのデータ活用施策を推進し、BIツールによるダッシュボードの企画・立案、開発、データドリブンな組織文化の醸成に向けた社内啓蒙や教育活動を展開します。
