ウェルネスブランド「TENTIAL」の物流領域において、戦略的なサプライチェーンマネジメントを担当します。主な業務は、物流戦略の立案と実行、サプライチェーンの効率化、コスト管理、および物流フローの最適化です。入荷から保管、出荷までの一連のプロセスを管理し、物流パートナーとの緊密な関係構築を行います。また、SCM部門のチームマネジメントを通じて、部門の生産性向上と戦略的目標の達成に貢献します。競合他社との差別化を図るため、データ分析ツールやERPシステムを活用し、継続的な改善プロジェクトを推進します。未経験者でもサプライチェーンマネジメントのスキルを習得できる環境で、企業の成長に直接的に貢献できる重要な役割を担います。Duties
