TENTIALのマーケティング組織において、ウェルネス商品群のWeb広告運用を担当します。年間10億円以上の広告予算を活用し、Google、Yahoo、Facebook、Instagram、LINEなどの多様な広告媒体を通じて、BAKUNEをはじめとする主力商品の販売戦略を立案・実行します。具体的には、ブランドの事業計画に基づいたKGI・KPIの設定、広告配信戦略の立案、入札調整、動画・記事の構成案作成、キャンペーンの企画設計を行います。少数精鋭のチームの一員として、0→1、1→10、10→100と段階的な成長フェーズにおける商品のグロース戦略に主体的に関わり、製品の市場拡大と売上向上に貢献します。Duties
TENTIALの広告運用（ダイレクトレスポンス広告）をお任せします。具体的には、ブランドの事業計画に基づいたKGI・KPIの設定、広告配信における戦略・立案、広告運用・入札調整、動画/記事の構成案作成〜広告の配信、キャンペーンの企画設計、メンバーの採用と教育などを行います。
