TENTIALのマーケティング組織において、ウェルネス商品群のWeb広告運用を担当します。年間10億円以上の広告予算を活用し、Google、Yahoo、Facebook、Instagram、LINEなどの多様な広告媒体を通じて、BAKUNEをはじめとする主力商品の販売戦略を立案・実行します。具体的には、ブランドの事業計画に基づいたKGI・KPIの設定、広告配信戦略の立案、入札調整、動画・記事の構成案作成、キャンペーンの企画設計を行います。少数精鋭のチームの一員として、0→1、1→10、10→100と段階的な成長フェーズにおける商品のグロース戦略に主体的に関わり、製品の市場拡大と売上向上に貢献します。Company Info
TENTIAL conducts data analysis and statistical analysis related to wellness, and applies the data to business operations in the wellness industry in the Western market. We are also engaged in the development and implementation of wellness management data that can be obtained through wearable devices and other health management data, as well as plans for statistical analysis and implementation of research on wellness. We are also working on expanding business activities that place a heavy emphasis on data analysis.Duties
TENTIALの広告運用（ダイレクトレスポンス広告）をお任せします。具体的には、ブランドの事業計画に基づいたKGI・KPIの設定、広告配信における戦略・立案、広告運用・入札調整、動画/記事の構成案作成〜広告の配信、キャンペーンの企画設計、メンバーの採用と教育などを行います。
