Job Summary

エネルギー取引プラットフォームであるenechainの複数プロダクト開発において、プロジェクトをリードし、技術的な側面から組織を牽引する重要な役割を担います。具体的には、ビジネスサイドとの事業戦略調整、要件定義、事業優先度の判断、人員アサインを行います。50名を超える大規模なTech組織のマネジメントと育成体制の構築に取り組み、配下のマネジャー陣のピープルマネジメントを実施します。また、高度なドメイン知識を活かし、エネルギー取引における複雑なシステム設計、セキュリティ、可用性、パフォーマンスの向上に貢献します。技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、プロジェクト管理など、広範囲にわたる技術的責任を担う重要なポジションです。
