Job Summary

エネルギー市場向けオンラインマーケットプレイスを提供する企業において、新規プロダクト開発の技術的側面を牽引します。主な業務は、フロントエンドからバックエンドまでの幅広い技術選定、データベース設計、API設計、システムアーキテクチャの構築を行います。開発チームのコードレビューや、CI/CD環境の整備、開発・運用ドキュメントの作成も重要な責務です。さらに、デザインシステムの構築やコンポーネント設計、Figmaを用いた画面設計も担当します。ビジネスサイドとの密接な連携により、要件定義やユーザーインタビュー、ログ分析を通じてUX改善にも取り組みます。50名を超える大規模なテック組織のマネジメントと人材育成も重要な役割であり、エネルギードメインの複雑な課題に対して、高いセキュリティと可用性、パフォーマンスを実現するシステム開発を推進します。

Duties

エンジニアリングマネジャーとして、エネルギー市場における新規プロダクト開発の技術牽引と開発の進捗管理、メンバーマネジメントをお任せします。＜業務詳細＞・フロントエンドからバックエンドにかけての技術選定・DB設計、API設計、アーキテクチャ設計・開発、コードレビュー・CI/CD整備・開発ドキュメント、運用ドキュメント整備・デザインシステム構築、コンポーネント設計、Figmaを用いた画面設計（ご経験に応じて）・ビジネスサイドとの要件定義、ユーザーインタビューやログ分析を通じたUX改善（ご経験に応じて）
