Job Summary
エネルギートレーディングプラットフォームにおけるQAチームのリードとして、システムの品質保証と継続的な改善を担当します。主な業務は、テスト計画の策定、テスト設計、実施、結果報告、および開発チームへの品質改善提言です。具体的には、テストケースのレビュー、テスト管理ツールの導入、テスト自動化の推進、セキュリティホールの検出、リリースサイクルの高速化などを行います。さらに、チームメンバーの育成と組織全体の品質文化醸成に取り組み、国内トップレベルのQAチーム構築を目指します。Company Info

QAチームのリードをお願いします。・品質保証のためのテスト計画・テスト設計、テスト実施、報告・継続的な品質保証のための開発チームへの提言や改善。またチームメンバーのテストケースレビューや、テスト管理ツールの導入を行い、長期的な品質保証の体制構築や運用を行っていただきます。さらに、テスト自動化等のリリースサイクルの高速化のための取り組みや、組織全体の品質に対するカルチャー醸成への取り組みの推進を行っていただく予定です。
